1-Free Cancellation:

–        For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours* before the experience’s start time.

–        If you cancel less than 24 hours* before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

–        Any changes made less than 24 hours* before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

2-Non-refundable 

These experiences are non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount paid will not be refunded.

3-Moderate 

–        For a full refund, you must cancel at least 4 full days* before the experience’s start time.

–        If you cancel less than 3 full days* before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

–        Any changes made less than 3 full days* before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

4-Strict 

–        For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 full days* before the experience’s start time.

–        Any changes made less than 3 full days* before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

–        For a 50% refund, you must cancel 3-6 full days* before the experience’s start time.

–        If you cancel less than 2 full days* before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Notice:

1-All customer has to reach the Angkor Express Boat Office at least 30 minutes in advance before boarding.

2- Passengers must present their E-ticket on the phone/tablet to the inspector of the company before boarding the boat.

3- Baggage allow not limit for traveler except bicycle will be extra charge up on day request.

4- There will be schedule and Pier change sometime if the weather condition worse but Angkor Express Boat staff will guarantee the transfer customer from their office to the new pier directly.

5- If pick up service is provided, passengers must be ready, and wait for pickup service at the defined meeting point – or in guesthouse or hotel’s lobby at least 45 minutes before departure time. Please always inform your receptionist about your upcoming pickup. Parents may hold infants (below 5 years old) without purchasing an additional ticket.

6- We are not responsible for the loss of personal objects and valuables such as purses, wallets, money, and jewelry, etc.

7- Any pets, weapons, livestock, illegal products or drugs or hazardous material are strictly prohibited aboard the vehicle.

Why We Do Cancel Your Tours?

We are reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure due force majeure (War, Riots, Civil, Disturbance, Strikes, Natural disasters, Terrorists activities of threat of such, closure of harbor or political instability or other external events which make it unviable for Angkor Express Boat to operate the planned schedule. 

You have the right to choose between an alternative trip and a full refund.  We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as visas fee, vaccinations fee.

We reserve right to change and correct any errors of tour operating if we saw that will unable to operate in real situation environment such as weathers problem, infrastructure problem, etc. expect to do best and smooth operating tour to Angkor Express Boat’ traveler.
